An Amazing Review of My Blog by Stefan at Normadic Boys

By LifeNo Comments

How amazing is this review of my little blog, it has literally made my week:

Antony Simpson is an author and nurse who blogs about all sorts of things to do with these topics as well as more general issues gay people encounter in the world. Describing himself as a ‘gay pagan man’ we were particularly impressed by his book “Mental Health Wisdom“.

It’s not surprising that LGBTQ people are at higher risk of experiencing poor mental health than those who are straight. Antony compiles his own experience as a registered nurse working in the fields of mental health, alcohol and substance abuse into a guidebook for others to understand then improve their own mental health.

As well as his book we enjoy reading his eclectic blog, where he writes about varied topics including (but not limited to) his life, cats, friends, family, paganism, living with diabetes, books, movies, and finance. He also writes short stories and journalistic pieces. We certainly never get bored when we’re browsing his blog!

My Next Book

By Creativity, InspirationNo Comments

Hello Readers,

I am pleased to be able to share some details of my next book with you.

Firstly it won’t be a follow up book to Mental Health Wisdom. Mental Health Wisdom was very successful and was very comprehensive. It was years in the making. I’m super proud of the book and I did briefly toy with the idea of doing another mental health book.

But then I thought – What would I put in it that isn’t already in Mental Health Wisdom? I didn’t have an answer, so opted not to write another book on mental health at this time.

So what is the book? It’s a practical pagan book. It is being co-authored by one of my good friends and I.

We are hoping for an independent release via the Amazon platform some time in 2021.

We are about one third through the first draft.

That’s about all I can share right now.

Write soon,

Antony

My New Book of Magick by Magickal Dragonfly on Etsy

By PaganismNo Comments

I’ve recently discovered Etsy. It’s a great site to get some really unique products and gifts. Whilst on my search for Yule presents I came across this Book of Magick by Magickal Dragonfly. I instantly fell in love with it.

It is handmade with locally sourced wood and the finished product is much better than my photos show.

So if you’re looking for a Book of Shadows that will stand the test of time, look no further. Magickal Dragonfly also do a range of products that look awesome. All handmade by a small family run business.

Here are more photos of the inside of the book:
