My First Wet Shave

By Life3 Comments

Growing up I have always used an electric shaver. But I my facial hair is starten to grow quicker and get more corse (the joys of getting older, eh?). My colleagues at work had bought me for my birthday (in May) a Gillette Fushion Razer (with 5 blades lol), shaving gell and moisteriser. I’ve always thought wet shaving was sexy and very manly. So I decided to try this whole wet shave thing.

Of course, having never wet shaven, I did what any sane person would do (other wise I imagined myself cutting my face to ribbons), I googled it. I found this good video:

Shaving:
How To Wet Shave

Ha ha, they seem to make video’s for everything these days. (Do you think they have one for making a cup of tea?)

So off to the bathroom I went. I am pleased to say, I did quite a good job. Not one cut and a nice smooth face. Very sexy and very masculine.

Blog randomly again soon,

Antony

Facebook = Too Much Information

By Life, Love & Relationships, The Web4 Comments

Sometimes people post things on facebook that I’d rather not know. 🙁

Facebook = TMI (too much info.).

A friend of mine, whom I’ve always liked has just posted pictures of his new apartment with his boyfriend. Sigh.

He just doesn’t see how I feel about him or perhaps he doesn’t feel the same. Sigh. Why can’t he see how cool I am (ok, I know I just lost cool points for saying I was cool lol).

Ah well, I guess all I can do is wish him well.

Love and hugs,

The Next Best Thing

By Reviews, TV, Online Streaming & FilmsNo Comments

I recently watched The Next Best Thing. This is the story of a gay man (Rupert Everett) and his best friend (Madonna) who sleep together and then she becomes pregnant. They decide to raise the child who they name Sam together. After 6 years of raising Sam together the best friend, mother to the gay man’s child meets Mr. Right. However Mr. Right wants to move to New York for his Carrer and wants best friend and Sam to move with him.

It is an emotional story that made me laugh and cry. I would recommend you see it, if you haven’t already.
