It’s Okay
This is my message to myself this week:

Sometimes things happen in life that trigger all sorts of thoughts and feelings. The thing to remember is that any thoughts or feelings are just information being provided to you by your brain and body. It doesn’t mean that some of these feelings won’t be uncomfortable, they will.
But what it does mean, is that if you let yourself experience the thought or feeling, instead of fighting it, it will pass. Providing that you don’t ruminate on them. Thoughts and feelings are ever changing and fleeting when you think about it.
So acknowledge your thoughts and feelings, experience them fully and then move on.
If you are currently experiencing these thoughts and feelings, remember the importance of self-care. I tend to mediate with crystals when thinking these thoughts or feeling these sort of feelings.
